Cucumber Margarita w/a Zesty St-Germain Jalapeño Air Recipe
Ingredients and Measurements
1.5 oz. Tequila
.5 oz. Grand Marnier
.75 oz. Fresh Cucumber Puree
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Lime Juice
Boozy Methodology:
1. Combine all ingredients into your cocktail shaker.
2. Shake vigorously for 8-15 seconds.
3. Strain into glass.
4. Top w/Zesty St. Germain Jalapeño Air.
5. Garnish with Lime Wheel.
Jalapeño Air (Use Handheld Blender ONLY)
1. Cut 3 Fresh Jalapeños.
2. Combine Fresh Jalapeños 8 oz. of Lemon Juice, .25g of Soy 3. Lecithin Powder and 16 oz. of St. Germain together with a handheld blender at an angle to generate aeration to create a cluster of foam bubbles.
4. Scoop foam bubbles into the cocktail as a finish.
